Founded in 2021 by William and Christine Greene, Aldrich Foundation is a private foundation committed to improving the lives of others through philanthropic giving. Who We Are

William Greene​

Founder

William is a veteran of the United States Navy and a Gulf War Veteran. Honorably discharged in 1995 after becoming service-disabled, he embarked on a career focused on Healthcare Technology and IT modernization for the Department of Veteran Affairs. During his 25-year career Bill founded several companies, most notably Liberty IT Solutions where he served as CEO until 2021.

Christine Greene​​

Founder

Christine is a retired high school English teacher who is passionate about working with at-risk students in grades K-12 to provide opportunity, access, and community support to pursue the educational outcomes all children deserve.

Caroline Blake

President

Caroline joined Aldrich Foundation in 2022 as Executive Director. With a 15-year career in financial services and wealth management, Caroline brings a strong business acumen to her role. She leads strategic direction for the foundation, working closely with grantees and the Board of Directors, to ensure alignment between the Foundation’s vision, grantmaking, and impact.
